Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd. is a custom packaging manufacturer and exporter.
From our Shanghai office we develop, produce and ship rigid boxes and gift packaging for brands in beauty, jewellery, wine, fashion, food and technology. Production takes place in Guangdong, China, the centre of China’s packaging industry, where board mills, specialty paper suppliers, foil and die makers are a short drive apart — the reason we can sample in 5–7 days and produce in 15–25 days.
Our catalogue covers 195 styles across 9 structures, but almost nothing we ship is off the shelf: every order starts with your product’s size and ends with a dieline, a sample and a box built around it.

Quality
Five checkpoints before a box ships
Five checkpoints before any box leaves the factory.
Incoming materials
Board thickness, paper shade and foil colour checked against the approved sample before cutting.
First article
The first finished boxes of each run are measured and compared with the signed-off sample.
In-line checks
Corners, wrap tension, glue lines, registration of foil and emboss checked through the run.
Final inspection
AQL sampling of finished goods: dimensions, colour, magnet strength, insert fit, cleanliness.
Packing & photos
Export cartons labelled; inspection photos and carton count sent before shipping.
